Program Benefit to Customer
Additional coverage in case of tire damages occurring out of the regular warranty, which initially covers manufacturing defects only.

How to Participate in the Program ?
- Purchase and Install 4 tires from the above-mentioned brands at Q-Tire.
- Tires shall be covered by the regular warranty in case of manufacturing defect.
- In case of defects not related to manufacturing, the tire shall be covered by the “Road Hazard Protection Program” if it meets the program’s conditions.
- In case Q-Tire’s Technical Engineer Assessment indicates that tire damage was caused by minor accidents, such as hitting the sidewalk, a pothole, or any other reason, Q-Tire team shall fix it for free and the customer shall pay the removal and reinstallation costs only.
- Upon customer’s approval and after the Technical Engineer’s Assessment of the tire’s tread-life, Q-Tire team shall replace the tire, and the customer shall pay a percentage of the price equivalent to the tire’s used tread-life. The client will receive a new tire of the same size and brand.
- The Road Hazard Protection Program covers tire’s damages only and it does not include removal and reinstallation costs. The client will either take the new tire, after settling the price difference, or have it installed and cover the installation and repairing costs.
- In case tire damage is caused by inappropriate usage (such as off-road trails or drifting), or due to mechanical problems, the damage shall not be covered by the program and the customer will receive a technical report explaining the reasons.
- Q-Tire program does not cover tires fixed or changed in other stores. Q-Tire guarantees providing the best quality service to its customers, delivered by its qualified technicians and using state-of-the-art equipment.

كيفية التغطية في هذا البرنامج
- يدخل العميل هذا البرنامج عند شراء إطارات من كيو-تاير من الأنواع المذكورة في بند رقم 5، وقيامه بتركيب هذه الإطارات في كيو تاير.
- إذا حصل خلل في الإطارات نتيجة خلل في صناعة الإطار خلال فترة الضمان فإن الإطار يدخل الضمان الإعتيادي ولا يستدعي دخول هذا البرنامج.
- إذا حصل خلل في الإطار نتيجة أسباب أخرى غير الخلل المصنعي، يتم رفض الإطار حسب الضمان المصنعي العادي، ويدخل في برنامج حماية الطريق إذا استوفى شروط هذا البرنامج.
- يتم تقييم حالة الإطار عن طريق المهندس الفني المختص في كيو-تاير لمعرفة اسباب تلف الإطار، إذا كان سبب الخلل طبيعي مثل ضربة رصيف أو حفرة في الشارع، أو بنشر وما الى ذلك يقوم فريق كيو-تاير المختص بإصلاح الإطار مجانًا للعميل ويدفع العميل أجرة الفك والتركيب فقط ولا يدفع تكلفة الإصلاح. إذا لم يتمكن فريق كيو-تاير من إصلاح الإطار، يقوم المهندس الفني المختص بقياس المتبقي من دعسة (مداس) الإطار لمعرفة النسبة المتبقية من عمر الإطار، يقوم فريق كيو-تاير بعد موافقة العميل بتغيير الإطار للعميل ويدفع العميل نسبة ما إستهلكه فقط من سعر الإطار الجديد. فإذا كان المتبقي من عمر الإطار 70% مثلاً، يدفع العميل 30% من سعر الإطار (النسبة التي إستخدمها قبل حصول الخلل) ويحصل على إطار جديد من نفس المقاس والنوع.
- يجب أن يدفع العميل أجرة الفك والتركيب العادية حيث أن برنامج حماية الطريق يغطي الخلل الحاصل في الإطار ولا يغطي أجور التركيب والترصييص. يتم إعطاء العميل الخيار بأخذ الإطار الجديد بعد دفع النسبة التي استخدمها، أو تركيب الإطار الجديد في كيو-تاير ودفع أجور التركيب والترصيص الإعتيادية.
- إذا إستخدم العميل الإطارات في غير المكان المخصص لها (مثل إستخدام إطارات الطريق العادية على الحلبات او للدريفت)، أو اذا كان سبب الخلل مسحية غير منتظمة في دعسة الإطار نتيجة مشاكل ميكانيكية في السيارة او الميزانية وما الى ذلك، يتم رفض شمول هذه الحالات في البرنامج، ويتم إعطاء العميل تقرير فني يوضح أسباب الخلل في الإطارات وسبب رفض تغطيتها في برنامج حماية الطريق.
- إذا قام العميل بشراء الإطارات فقط من كيو-تاير ولكن قام بتركيبها في مكان اخر، او قام بإصلاح الإطار بشكل خاطئ خارج كيو-تاير، يتم رفض تغطية الإطار في هذا البرنامج، ويضمن كيو-تاير جودة الخدمات المقدمة للعميل بإستخدام أحدث الأجهزة العالمية والفنيين المؤهلين، ولا يضمن كيو-تاير أي خلل في الإطار نتيجة تركيب أو إصلاح خاطئ في مركز غير كيو-تاير.
